Fostering Futures, a private, nonprofit foster care and adoption agency in Ann Arbor, MI, is currently accepting applications for a Foster Care Case Manager. The Foster Care Case Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of treatment plans for the child/youth in care, their foster family, and their family of origin. Are you a nature-themed and/or nature-inspired artist? Michigan Audubon is looking for artists to participate in the 25th annual CraneFest on October 12-13, 2019, in Bellevue, Michigan. CraneFest is one of Michigan Audubon's signature events, which raises awareness and appreciation of our natural heritage and supports the ongoing education and conservation projects of Michigan Audubon and Baker Sanctuary. Activities include guided nature hikes, live animal presentations, educational activities for children, and an art show. In 2018, CraneFest drew more than 2,000 visitors from across the state - and more than 2,500 cranes!

Since June 19th, the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America has been leading a countdown to the 100th anniversary of Waldorf education that will take place on September 19th. For 100 days, Waldorf schools across North America are posting Instagram photos with the hashtags #Waldorf100 and #Waldorf100Windows that give a glimpse into the Waldorf curriculum and highlight the unique aspects that make up the Waldorf educational experience. Other Waldorf100 initiatives include social and environmental impact projects that aim to stimulate dialogue around human values in education and revitalize society and our relationship with the earth.
