Makaylee Smith

Makaylee is originally from Warner Robins, Georgia. After navigating the challenges of graduating during the COVID pandemic, she set her sights on new opportunities, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University. Makaylee is passionate about the work she does at Altruic Advisors, and also deeply enjoys the people she gets to work with. Makaylee finds real fulfillment in supporting nonprofits and working on projects that have a positive, lasting impact.
Outside of work, Makaylee is all about adventure - whether hiking through Michigan’s beautiful landscapes with her dog and partner, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or tending to her garden. She also loves spending time with friends, whether it’s playing games or just catching up, and is always looking for ways to give back and make a difference in her community.
