Julie is originally from a small town in the “thumb” of Michigan. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. Before joining Altruic Advisors, Julie worked at CPA firms and provided self-employed accounting services for various small businesses. Julie also served as a local township treasurer and worked as an assistant controller. Julie has always loved working in accounting but is particularly excited to focus on nonprofit organizations.
Julie has two fantastic kids and currently lives in Canton, Michigan. In her free time, she enjoys music, reading, yoga, traveling, and spending time with her family.
