Hailie Schmidt
Staff Auditor
Hailie is from South Lyon, Michigan, and began her education at Washtenaw Community College while working as a competitive gymnastics coach. Hailie earned her Associate’s degree in Business Administration with a certificate in HR before transferring to Eastern Michigan University. After taking a liking to her accounting courses at EMU, Hailie quickly changed her major and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Outside of the office, Hailie enjoys coaching, going to the gym, spending time with her fiancée, and traveling. Hailie is a lifetime member of Girl Scouts of the USA, through which she has participated in many service projects and programs. Hailie is passionate about the work that Altruic does, and values the opportunity to grow her passion for both accounting and serving her community.
